At Tabor we're committed to seeing communities changed by Christ. We want to equip every person who calls Tabor home to be an effective minister in their home, office, classroom, locker room, or wherever you go when you leave the building. The youth pastor will work with the children, students, and volunteers to help equip each child with the knowledge of God's love for themselves and for their neighbors.

This job will entail oversight of birth through 12th grade, recognizing that a significant amount of time will be devoted to Rooted (6-12), but responsibilities will also include leadership of Tabor Kids! (1st—5th grade) and Wee Worship (birth – K). The youth pastor will work to empower and equip the high-capacity team of volunteers that are already in place to do ministry; and is also encouraged to expand the current ministry and develop new opportunities that propel the mission and vision of the church.
