Our church, based in the Restoration Movement, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Campus Worship Pastor who is responsible for leading the worship ministry of our church at a specific campus. The Campus Worship Pastor will work closely with the Lead Worship Pastor and other members of the church staff to plan, develop and execute worship services and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to serve God and the ability to lead a team of volunteers to maintain a worship culture that is engaging, authentic, and meaningful.

Our church is over 100 years old but has experienced incredible growth over the last several years and we just recently launched our third campus. We have a rich history in our community and have desire to spread the gospel near and far. We place high value on excellence but we have a lot of fun while doing it. Our main campus has an average attendance of about 1200 per weekend and we are exploring options to add on to the existing building to accommodate more people because most services are full. God is definitely moving here so the ideal candidate will be someone who is ready to hit the ground running and catch the wave.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute weekly worship services and other special events at the campus.
• Lead worship through music and other artistic expressions, while maintaining the authenticity of the worship experience.
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers to serve in the worship ministry.
• Develop and oversee the budget for the campus worship ministry.
• Work with the technical team to ensure high-quality sound, lighting, and video production during worship services.
• Collaborate with other pastors and ministry leaders to integrate worship into the overall church mission and vision.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in strategic planning for the church.
• Continuously seek to improve and grow the worship ministry.

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living a life of discipleship.
• Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument and leading worship through music.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative is a must.
• Familiarity with the Restoration Movement and its theology is preferred.
• Strong motivation to grow personally as a leader and follower of Christ
