At Lincolnway, we exist to make disciples of Christ by loving kids and strengthening families in order to redeem the Lincolnway community. With over 50 years of ministry history, our church has built a lasting impact in the surrounding community. As a church we have a culture that focuses on the importance of soul-care and emotional and spiritual health and we strive to embody a perspective that promotes unity in essentials, liberty in non-essentials and charity in all things. We have a vibrant staff culture, a great church family of about 200 in weekly attendance, a thriving kid’s ministry and are located in a great area!

The Worship Director will provide comprehensive leadership for the church's worship ministry, creating and implementing engaging, spiritually meaningful worship experiences. This role requires a deep commitment to musical excellence, theological integrity, and spiritual formation. Additionally this position will recruit, train and empower volunteers to create transformative worship experience that glorify God and engage the congregation. There is opportunity for the role to be customized somewhat to the specific giftings of the candidate - with availability (should they be interested) to also invest some hours in areas such as community outreach, small groups, preaching/teaching, etc.
