What We’re Looking For • A spiritually mature follower of Christ whose beliefs align with Independent Christian Churches. • A gifted worship leader who can engage the congregation through both musical and spiritual leadership. • Someone with a working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) sound, lighting, and visual technologies used in modern worship settings. • A team builder who can recruit, train, and encourage volunteers in worship, production, and creative arts. • A person who values excellence, collaboration, and authenticity in all aspects of weekend services.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and lead engaging worship services for Sunday services and special events. • Coordinate music, sound, lighting, and stage elements to create a cohesive worship environment. • Lead and develop a multi-member team of musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers. • Partner with ministry staff to ensure every aspect of the weekend experience supports the church’s mission. • Model humility, integrity, and servant leadership in all areas of life and ministry.
