Soma City exists to take the good news to those who are far from Jesus by pursuing meaningful, no-strings attached friendships with those close to us. Our goal is to be the most barbecue grilling, story-telling, fence hopping, meal sharing, risk taking, community dreaming, injustice fighting, party throwing, story celebrating friends in our neighborhoods + networks. Simply put, our vision is to be the best friend our city has ever known.

Soma City Church is in an exciting season of growth—doubling in size over the last two years as people are getting baptized, inviting friends, and growing in their friendship with Jesus. We believe our student ministry is the next great area of opportunity, and we’re looking for a Student Director who can unleash its full potential. This role calls for a leader who believes students are capable of incredible things, who can raise up and equip a team of leaders, and who can use systems and structures to create a ministry centered on relationships with students, families, and the city.
