Purpose of position: To work with the elders and other staff members in providing leadership for the congregation to pursue its mission of āReaching the Lost, Teaching the Saved, and Repeating the Processāā¦ all while striving to maintain the churchās core values of ā¦ Biblical authority, loving all people, faithful service, and unceasing prayer.
