Organization Description
Christway Christian Church is a Bible believing, Christ centered body of believers. Located in the Eastern part of the state near Augusta, Georgia. We are centrally located in the community offering a food pantry ministry, clothing ministry, and a P.A.L (Parents of Addicted Loved-ones) ministry. We also offer education classes for all ages on Sunday morning. Tuesday Bible study, Wednesday night fellowship meals with Bible study classes for all ages, VBS, and Church Camp for youth. The community has a lot to offer with a strong Medical presence (3 major hospitals including V.A.) military community with Fort Eisenhower and an excellent public school system. We are a very friendly congregation welcoming all to worship with us.

About the Position
Position Description
We are seeking an individual who is well grounded in the restoration movement. Strong communication and leadership skills with a dedication to pastoring and mentoring our congregation and visitors. A man of prayer and have a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. A team player with the ability to work well with our Elders, Church Staff and volunteers. Someone who can handle internal conflicts with biblical reinforcement with amicable resolution. Shepherding the church members and visitors thru personal visitation (ie: hospital, nursing facilities and homes) is key to staying connected to the people.
