Position: Senior Minister. This is a full-time position. The candidate should be a graduate of a Church of Christ/Christian Church-supported college or university. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, pastoral, and administrative duties.

Requirements: 1. A member of the Church of Christ/Christian Church. 2. Strong Biblical background and scriptural knowledge. 3. Previous experience as a minister or as an elder in the Church of Christ/Christian Church. 4. Able to work as a team member.

Responsibilities/Duties: 1. Prepare, research, write and present sermon for both Sunday morning services. 2. Collaborate with the elders to establish and execute the mission of the church in concert with the needs of the membership. 3. Encourage and support deacons in the operation of ministries. 4. Oversee ministry and office staff. 5. Contribute to monthly newsletter, The Bethel Compass. 6. Make personal calls to the elderly and senior members of the congregation at least once per year. 7. Make pastoral calls on the membership at large, as needed. 8. Attend the monthly elders’ meeting. 9. Attend the monthly board meeting. 10. Other duties as determined by agreement with the elders.
