Legacy Christian Church is seeking a dynamic and dedicated leader to serve as our Next Generation Ministry Director/Associate Pastor. This full-time role is designed to oversee and grow our ministry for all age groups—from newborns to high school seniors—while also partnering with the Lead Pastor to provide visionary leadership for the entire congregation. This position is pivotal in nurturing the spiritual growth of our younger generations and is a potential pathway to future leadership as a candidate for the Lead Pastor role. This position will be a located in Harrison, Ohio. Must be local to the area or willing to relocate.
