About the Position
Position Description
Ridge Christian- Coweta is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and Christ-centered Next Generation Minister to lead and grow our Ridge Students ministry (6thā12th grade) while overseeing key volunteers who manage our Early Childhood (Birth-PreK) and Elementary (K-5th grade) Ridge Kids ministries. The ideal candidate will have a heart for discipling young people, fostering spiritual growth, and equipping volunteers to build a thriving next-generation ministry that aligns with our churchās mission and vision of Helping Others Follow Jesus.
