MCC was planted in 1966 with 7 members; by 1980, attendance had grown to 80+ with half+ as members. The Church had a set back at that time and never fully recovered. It has maintained a youth group called Wings(Warriors in God’s Service) and draws from the community; 4 workers are on board with one being the minister. We would like the future minister to have a heart for youth as well as preaching and shepherding the flock on a regular basis. Most every attendee is true/blue and need a leader to steer, encourage and organize the congregation to mobilize to save those who are perishing. We have two+ pianists, a song leader, reader and several who can teach. There is technical set up.

We are looking for a preacher/pastor whose focus is on mobilizing, organizing encouraging and pastoring the congregation and youth of the church, having a passion for souls!
