At Osage Hills, our mission is “Connecting Christ to where we live.” We cultivate a spiritual journey that encompasses four key elements: Reach Up — Engaging deeply with God through worship, baptism, and communion. Reach Down — Growing in discipleship through Bible study, prayer, and classes. Reach Across — Building life-changing relationships through groups, events, and serving together. Reach Out — Living our faith in daily life through surrendered living, generosity, and community outreach. Weekend Experience: Sunday Groups & Sunday School: at 9:00 AM—for adults, middle through high school in the Multi-Purpose Building, and nursery through 5th grade in the main building. Osage Hills Christian Church Worship Service: at 10:30 AM—led by a full band, blending modern worship with hymns, with programming for children (nursery to 5th grade).

The Lead Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader of a multigenerational church of approximately 250 members. This individual will be responsible for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and vision casting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a Christ-centered character, strong biblical teaching, and the ability to minister effectively across generational lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach the Word of God in a way that is biblically sound and relevant to all age groups.
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation.
• Lead and collaborate with church staff, elders, and ministry leaders.
• Cast and communicate a compelling vision for the church’s future.
• Foster a culture of prayer, discipleship, and outreach.
• Equip members for ministry and service.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including budgeting and planning.
• Promote unity and resolve conflicts with grace and wisdom.
• Engage with the local community and lead the church in mission and evangelism.

Qualifications:

• A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life that reflects biblical leadership qualities (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1).
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, preferably in a multigenerational context.
• Strong preaching and teaching skills.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively and manage church operations.
• A heart for shepherding and equipping others for ministry.
