Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Preach biblically-sound, engaging sermons that resonate with and inspire the congregation.
- Provide pastoral care, including counseling, visitations, and support during times of need.
- Lead and participate in church services, including Sunday worship, special events, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with church staff, volunteers, and leadership to plan and execute church activities and programs.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive church environment, encouraging fellowship and spiritual growth.
- Support and mentor church members in their personal and spiritual development.
- Manage administrative duties, including budgeting, planning, and communication with the congregation.
