About the Position
Position Description
This position on our St Charles campus is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Early Childhood Ministry (Birth-Kindergarten), including Sunday programing, volunteer recruitment, development and appreciation, parent engagement, and events.
This role requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills and, most importantly, the ability to build and empower teams of volunteers that help kids know the love of Jesus.
