About the Position
Position Description
The Kids Pastor at our new O'Fallon, MO campus will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our kids ministry (birth-5th grade), including Sunday programming, volunteer recruitment, development and appreciation, parent engagement and events.This role requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build and empower teams that help kids fall in love with Jesus.
