Position Description
As the Kids Ministry Director - Brownsburg you are an integral member of the Brownsburg location team. The Brownsburg Kids Director provides leadership and hands-on management for the CP Kids Team, overseeing environments from birth through 5th grade. As a player-coach, this leader develops staff and volunteers while actively participating in the planning and execution of weekend ministry. The role ensures every child encounters a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment aligned with Connection Pointeās vision to raise the strongest generation in faith.
