LifeFamily’s mission is encapsulated in the phrase “Every Life Made Different,” emphasizing spiritual awakening, authentic relationships, and service to God and the community. The church began on the west side of Austin and has since expanded into a network of campuses across Central Texas. As of 2025, LifeFamily operates multiple locations, including in Austin, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Leander, Marble Falls, Mueller, and Downtown Austin, as well as an online campus . This growth aligns with their vision to establish 10 locations in 10 years .

LifeFamily is seeking a shepherd and leader who is passionate about loving and developing people. This person will lead the Kids Ministry program, staff, and volunteers into the next season of ministry as the church continues its mission of seeing every life transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
