  • Collaborate with church leadership and ministerial staff to support overall church ministry and vision.

  • Engage and support parents, equipping them to disciple their children and youth.
  • Develop and manage annual ministry budgets for children and youth programs.
  • Write regular content for church communications and utilize social media to help promote the ministry, reach the younger generations and keep families and volunteers informed and engaged.

  • Partner with the Worship Team to include children and youth in special services.

Ministry Expectations:

  • Plan and lead special events, retreats, mission trips, and service projects.
  • Identify and utilize effective ministry resources and attend relevant training, conferences, and seminars.
  • Maintain strong, open communication with parents and engage them in ministry participation.

  • Spiritually mature and resilient, with the ability to navigate ministry challenges effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team-builder who inspires others to serve.
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Lifelong learner, open to feedback and personal growth.
