Bible Christian Church is a thriving church in SW Kansas in one of the faster growing communities in Kansas, with a newly added on worship center and lobby, Biblical expository preaching, and a goal to reach those in our area who don't know Jesus. We have a humble and bought in staff, amazing volunteer leaders, and church that is bought into our mission and vision: BCC exists to double our kingdom impact by creating more and better disciples through reaching our ONEās in Garden City, Holcomb, Finney County and the surrounding areas in FIVE years or less.

The discipleship pastor position entails running all small groups, connect groups and connection pathways while working with a team to accomplish the overall mission and vision of Bible Christian Church. This position will also include being on the preaching team and pastoral care team.
