Position Description
The Director of Worship Arts at NH seeks to heighten and develop congregational worship throughout our church, helping Christ-followers of all ages cultivate an active and engaging worship life.We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Director of Worship Arts who will:Join us in our commission to Love God, Love Others & Make Disciples.
Help design and implement creative principle worship experiences.
Recruit and grow our Worship Arts team to fill necessary roles for musicians, technology, etc.
Provide spiritual care and discipleship for members of our Worship Arts team.
Coach, resource and support other staff members who offer worship as a part of their ministries
