The Salvation Army's mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. It is an international, evangelical Christian movement dedicated to sharing God's love by providing spiritual, emotional, and physical support to those in need. Here in Joplin we do a range of social services as well as church ministry.

The Salvation Army is in need of a passionate Christian to assist in digital media marketing of our programs. This is a new and vital ministry position to inform our community of all the ministry and events that we do in our communities. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of varied social media is vital. A Christian lifestyle that matches the mission of the Salvation Army is also necessary. Year round position with busiest season late November and December.
