We are a 17-year old church located downtown in one of the fastest-growing counties in Kentucky. We have between 40-50 children birth through fifth grade and are looking for the right person to lead our children's ministry. Many opportunities for missions, creativity, flexible work environment, team atmosphere, and mentoring.

About the Position
Position Description
We need the right person to:
- Develop and deliver engaging Sunday morning and Wednesday night programs for children.
- Create age-appropriate lessons that align with the church's mission and values.
- Recruit, train, and empower volunteers to assist in children's ministry activities.
- Foster a supportive environment for existing team members through encouragement and ongoing development.
- Work with parents to encourage discipleship in the home, providing training and resources to empower parents to reach their own children for Christ.
- Work with staff in a team environment to serve our amazing congregation in a healthy, flexible, encouraging workplace.
