Job Title: Childcare Staff Position Overview: Forest Park Baptist Church is seeking caring, reliable individuals to serve as Childcare Staff during evening church events and occasional church training events. This role provides a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children while parents participate in church activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children from infants through elementary age.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, crafts, games, and activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, following all church policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper check-in and check-out of children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and church leadership regarding any concerns or needs.
• Support the spiritual mission of the church by modeling Christ-like love and patience.

Qualifications:

• A heart for children and a desire to serve families in the church.
• Previous experience in childcare (church, school, daycare, or babysitting) preferred.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work evenings as scheduled.
• Ability to work well with other staff and volunteers.
• Must complete a background check and any required church training.

Work Schedule: Part-time, primarily during evening church events (times and dates vary). Hours will be scheduled in advance. Compensation: $14.30/hr
