About the Position
Position Description
This position will lead, develop, and implement a cohesive strategy/pathway for adult discipleship and spiritual maturity across OIKOS Christian Church. This role is primarily focused on discipleship at all ages, including children, youth, young adults, menās and womenās ministries, small groups, classes, mentoring relationships, and leadership developmentāequipping each believer to grow in Christ and make disciples who make disciples (Matt 28.19 & 2 Tim 2.2)
