Biography

Ā Doug Aldridge has served at 51ĀŅĀ× since 2003. He is currently serving as a professor of New Testament and Hermeneutics. From 2011-2012 he served as the Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs/Academic Dean. Prior to serving at the college, he ministered for 6 years at the Downey First Christian Church in Downey, California.

His undergraduate work consists of Bachelor of Biblical Literature and Bachelor of Theology degrees from 51ĀŅĀ× in Joplin, Missouri (1997). He earned a Master of Ministry degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California (2000).

Prior to entering the ministry, Doug worked as a Seasonal firefighter for the California Department of Forestry. He also worked for three years as a Paramedic for Hemet Valley ambulance.

He has been married to his high school ā€œsweetheartā€ Georgia since 1983. They have two married boys, Doug and his wife Ashlee and Garet and a total of seven grandchildren.
